Backlist is a vehicle acquisition platform that aggregates private-party vehicle listings from multiple online marketplaces and delivers them to subscribing dealerships in real-time.

3. Account Requirements

You must be a licensed motor vehicle dealer or authorized representative to use Backlist. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

Backlist is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is as listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share your Backlist account access
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the platform's operation

6. Disclaimer

Backlist aggregates listings from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Vehicle condition, pricing, and seller information should be independently verified.

7. Limitation of Liability

Backlist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to vehicle purchases made based on listings found through the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
